The 7-year-old male presented with a history
of impediment of 5 years. He spoke normally before he got a
severe stomatitis when 19 months old. But when stomatitis healed,he was found
impediment. In recent years he
nibbled his nails of fingers and toes every day, his families said they had never snipped his nails. He had
